“It Wasn’t a Secret!” – Mr Eazi Speaks on Wedding to Temi Otedola

By Damilola A.

Nigerian music sensation, Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, widely known as Mr Eazi, has categorically denied speculations surrounding the secrecy of his marriage to actress and fashion blogger, Temi Otedola, the daughter of billionaire and philanthropist Femi Otedola.

In a recent interview with Naija FM, Lagos, Mr Eazi addressed the rumors, firmly stating that his wedding was not shrouded in secrecy.

He pointed to the video of his song ‘Legalise’ as clear evidence that the union was anything but clandestine.

“Who told you it was a secret wedding? Go and watch the video of my song ‘Legalise,’ you will get the answer to your question. We shot the video in Venice,” Mr Eazi asserted during the interview.

The singer encouraged those questioning the transparency of his wedding to scrutinize the visuals of his music video.

He emphasized that the video serves as a testament to the authenticity and openness of his marital union with Temi Otedola.

“If you watch the video, you will see proofs there. Our outfits weren’t just costumes. Go and watch the video, and you will see everything clearly. It’s just like what painters do; whenever you see their work, you will see the message they’re trying to convey. That’s how it’s with us musicians too,” Mr Eazi elaborated, drawing parallels between the artistic expression in music videos and visual arts.
