Tinubu Extends Easter Wishes, Confident Nigeria Will Triumph

President Bola Tinubu expressed optimism on Friday, stating that Nigeria would overcome its challenges, as Christians celebrate Easter, symbolizing the victory of life over death.

In a statement released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu thanked Nigerians for their sacrifices over the past 10 months of his administration and reiterated his dedication to leading the nation toward recovery and sustainable growth.

Titled “At Easter, President Tinubu celebrates with Christians; calls for unity and compassion,” the statement underscored the significance of Easter as “a glorious celebration of the triumph of life over death.”

Tinubu joined Christians in Nigeria and worldwide in commemorating Easter, highlighting love, sacrifice, and compassion as central themes of the season.

Emphasizing the lesson of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for humanity, President Tinubu urged leaders to embrace selflessness and compassion, calling on Nigerians to remain steadfast in their pursuit of a united, peaceful, and prosperous nation.

Ngelale conveyed Tinubu’s commendation for the sacrifices made by Nigerians in recent months, expressing confidence that these sacrifices would yield positive results in the nation’s journey toward recovery and growth.

Assuring citizens that their patience would bear fruit, Tinubu extended Easter greetings to all Nigerians, wishing them a Happy Easter.
