US Prophetess Cindy Jacobs Predicts Global Leadership Role For Abia Governor Otti

By Adamu Abubakar Isa

Abuja, NIGERIAGovernor Alex Otti of Abia State has been identified as a “prototype of transformative leadership” by renowned American minister, Cindy Jacobs. Speaking during the National Thanksgiving Worship Service at The Father’s House Church, Abuja, on Saturday, the author and co-founder of Generals International revealed that God has positioned the Governor to become a model for governance in the region.

Jacobs, who is visiting Nigeria for the first time in over two decades, claimed to have seen “supernatural finances” flowing into the state to support massive infrastructural expansion, particularly roads connecting rural farming communities to urban markets.

Responding to the spiritual insights, Governor Otti highlighted that his administration’s current fiscal data aligns with the prophetic vision, particularly regarding human capital development. He revealed that Abia State consistently allocates 35% of its annual budget to the social sector, with 20% dedicated to education and 15% to healthcare.

Okay News reports that the Governor’s commitment to education is further evidenced by the recent on-boarding of 5,394 teachers, with a second phase to hire 4,000 more currently underway.

The Governor also used the platform to announce that his administration will commission three brand-new smart schools before the end of May 2026. These institutions represent a pilot phase of a larger project to digitize 20 schools across the state, featuring interactive smart boards and tablets to replace traditional classroom tools. The National Thanksgiving Service, organized in part by Oby Ezekwesili, focused on intercessory prayers for national security and an end to banditry, positioning Abia State as a “shining light” in the pursuit of peace and prosperity through competent governance.
